Pet Policy
We are more than happy to have you and your pet stay with us! In order to best serve you and our other guests, please adhere to the following rules for pets:
- There is a pet cleaning charge of $25 for guests with a pet in the room. This covers any detailed cleaning required after check out.
- Any additional cleaning (soiled sofa, rugs, bed linens or towels) will be billed to your credit card as an additional charge. This also includes any damages caused by your pet. If your pet sleeps on the bed with you, please bring a blanket or sheet to place over the comforter to minimize dog hair. Should the comforter need to be cleaned, there will be an additional $15 charge. We also furnish heavier brown towels for your pet; please reserve white towels for guest use only. If you need additional towels please ask our Guest Concierge.
- Pets may not be left unattended in guest rooms if you leave the premises. Some pets miss their owners more than others, but for the peace and quiet of other guests, we ask that you not leave your pet in the suites alone if you have plans to leave the premises. Even when left in a crate, some pets tend to cry and/or bark with the owner’s absence. Consider taking your dog with you, as many of the wineries and other venues in this area are pet-friendly, but always wise to ask first. If you need help in determining pet-friendly vineyards or a temporary pet-sitter, then ask our Guest Concierge to assist you.
- Out of concern for other guests and customers, animals in the public areas, including the back yard, must be on a leash and supervised at all times. Please do not let your dog roam off leash without your full attention. Other dogs may come onto the property without notice, and unless you can control your dog’s interaction with another animal, we highly recommend keeping your dog on a leash. And of course, please pick up after your dog.
- Note that not all individuals are “pet-friendly” and may not appreciate your dog’s “friendliness.”
- Excessive barking or aggression of any kind is not tolerated.
